My much loved Classic I-Pod needed a new battery and new wheel so I was Very relieved to have found this company that could undertake such a repair. The I-Pod repairs were completed within a reasonable time, and my i-Pod was returned safely. Would be happy to use again and to recommend this company.

iPod Classic 2009 (REPAIRED!) Since modern day Apple products (as well as much other tech) has become more and more problematic and solely focused on recurring monthly / yearly upgrades / spends, I decided to go back to my old faithful iPod Classic from 2009. After connecting the iPod via USB into my modern car, the hard drive shorted-out resulting in a red circle with an X in the middle. I got in touch with Philip at Apple Repairs Kent for a repair / replacement modern SSD and within a week the iPod was back in my hand and working perfectly inc original software installed. The iPod connects to modern day iTunes no problem. I haven't dared re-connect the iPod to my car via the USB, so I charge it up once every two weeks (via a plug) and connect the iPod via the Aux Headphone Jack. It's perfect! Called upon Phil to swap out the storage hardware of my iPod Classic from its failing HDD to a new 256GB (SSD). My iPod was refitted and returned to me in a week. I'm delighted that the useful life of my iPod Classic has been greatly extended. Would absolutely recommend this service to others needing similar. - Many thanks!

In 2005 I bought my wife an iPod video after we had been dating for a few months. She's kept it in her car and used it for the last 20 years until the disk died and the screen got cracked. I found this site and they restored it to better than new condition in a few weeks. Great service and good prices.

Amazing product and service. Having someone able to savvage a classic I pod with a new HD and rock box OS is a treasure because I pods are a treasure. He can even add a new high powered battery which has been going strong for the last 18 months.

I love my iPod and was gutted when Apple decided to axe them. It eventually died and I was desperate to find a replacement. Then I discovered this amazing company and got a reconditioned upgraded one for a fraction of the price of one of the new MP3 players. Works a treat. Will be sending off my old one to be upgraded soon. Thanks guys!

Great experience. They took my iPod up to 1Tb and a new battery gave it a new lease of life. They also changed the motherboard. Took a while but was worth it.

Top service - brought my iPod back to life and added larger drive, new battery, new headphone port. Quick turnaround and great communications - highly recommended
